products
we make wool felt sauna hats, plant-dyed by hand, designed in london and handmade in nepal. we try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly from screen to screen, and each hat is handmade so small natural variations are part of the product, not a fault.
prices and payment
all prices are shown in gbp and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. we reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes won't affect orders already placed. payment is processed securely at checkout; we don't store your card details ourselves.
orders and acceptance
placing an order is an offer to buy, which we're free to accept or decline. we may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. if we cancel an order after payment, we'll issue a full refund.
shipping

returns and refunds
