delivery times are estimates from time of dispatch and don't include dispatch time. delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control, especially for international orders.

for orders outside the uk, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your local customs authority. these charges are the responsibility of the customer and aren't included in our shipping cost or your order total. we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.
