returns & refunds

we want you to love your löyl hat. if it's not right for you, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

how to return an item

to be eligible for a return, your hat must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. contact us at hello@loylthelabel.com within 30 days of delivery to start a return.

refunds

once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or damaged, in which case we cover the return shipping cost.

exchanges

want a different colour instead? we're happy to offer an exchange. contact us at hello@loylthelabel.com to arrange one.

faulty or damaged items

if your hat arrives faulty or damaged, contact us straight away at hello@loylthelabel.com. we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
